BEFORE
1) Female 35 c/o a failing upper anterior eight unit bridge.
2) Removal of the loosen bridge revealed a very thin bony ridge and hopeless teeth#13,12 which had to be extracted.
3) OPG showing the failing 8- unit bridge.
4) CT Scan showing an extremely thin bony ridge not suitable implant placement. |
AFTER
Tooth #13 was extracted and an immediate implant Ankylos B14 was inserted.The thin bony ridge was split and expanded with D Osteotome.
3 Ankylos implants( 2 A9.5 &1 A14) was inserted in between the bony plates .Final Restorations: 7- unit bridge supported by 4 Ankylos implants and a single crown for #25.
7- unit porcelain bonded to metal bridge supported by 4 Ankylos implants showing good aesthetics. |
