2) OPG xray shows a missing upper first premolar #24. Baby tooth still present.
3) Periapical xray showing an Ankylos Implant replacing tooth #24.
4) The baby tooth is replaced with an implant. |
AFTER
4 porcelain veneers and an implant crown (#24) in place.

BEFORE
Male 45 c/o missing upper left lateral incisor (#22) and first premolar (#24). He is also unhappy with his upper front teeth which are heavily filled and discoloured.
AFTER
The missing #22 & #24 were replaced with 2 Ankylos A11 Implant and full porcelain Cercon Crowns. The rest of his front teeth were restored with Empress Porcelain Veneers. The final result is an aesthetic smile. n.b. the implant crowns merged seamlessly with his natural teeth.

AFTER
The upper right central incisor (#11) was replaced with a dental implant and crown. The upper left central incisor (#21) was restored with a full porcelain crown. An aesthetic smile was achieved.
