BEFORE
Female 45 has been wearing an upper denture for the past 15 years. She hates her denture and longs for fixed teeth. However she does not want complex implant surgery.
AFTER
Her front teeth were restored with a 6- unit fixed bridge. For her back teeth, the bone was too thin for
dental implants. Bone augmentation was done through a small conservative Key Hole surgery through the implant site . With the aid of the operating micorscope, the sinus floor was lifted and bone grafting was done at the implant site. 2 Osstem Implant were also inserted at the same time. 5 months later ,abutments connection was done and the final implant crowns were inserted. |
