BEFORE
1) Male 52 loss most of his upper teeth. He tired of his loose denture and wished for a set of permanent teeth.
2) Due to 30 years of denture wearing , all his bone in the upper jaw were severely resorbed.
He wanted the best bone graft available and hence he opted for hip graft which is the Gold Standard.
3) OPG Xray showing missing teeth in the upper jaw and a failing bridge on the lower left jaw. |
AFTER
1) A set of esthetic fixed teeth in the upper jaw. A happy and satisfied patient.
2) Ankylos implants and abutments in the upper jaw.
3) OPG Xray showing 9 Ankylos Implant on the upper jaw and 3 Ankylos Implant on the lower jaw . Bllateral Sinus Lift and the front part of the upper jaw were grafted with bone harvested from the hip.
4) Final screw retained bridge in the upper jaw. |
