Before
Female 50 yrs old c/o of loose upper full denture and a crooked smile that is collapsed due to lack of lip support. As a result her denture makes her look older. She wants teeth that are fixed and a beautiful youthful smile.
OPG Xray shows minimal bone available for dental implants.
Clinically her upper edentulous bony ridge are thin and severely resorbed due to early lost of teeth and prolong period of denture wearing. Very little bone available for
dental implants. Bone grafting procedures is required.
After
Bone were harvested from the patient's hip and grafted on to her upper jaw. 10 Ankylos implants were also inserted into the upper jaw.
OPG Xray showing 12 Unit Fixed Bridge supported by 9 Ankylos Implants.
12- unit Porcelain Bonded to Metal Bridge supported by 10 implants. The final result is a set of fixed upper A teeth and a beautiful smile. The patient also loooked younger as her lips are well supported by her new teeth.

Before
Male 34 c/o of very loose and unsightly teeth. All the teeth were extracted as they had advance gum disease. The upper jaw was moved downwards and forward with a Le Fort 1 Osteotomy. |
After
The lower jaw was restored with 6 Ankylos Implants and a 12-unit Bridge. The upper jaw was restored with 4 Ankylos Implant and 4 Syncone supported over denture.
The final result is a nice smile with a pleasing facial profile. |
