BEFORE
Female 29 fell and fractured her upper central incisors (#11,21). Her upper left lateral incisor (#22) was completely lost during the fall.

AFTER
1) The patient desires very highly aesthetic crowns with no ugly metal line showing. Cercon abutments was chosen for the implant at #22 as it is tooth colour and highly aesthetic. The 2 central incisors were alse prepared for full porcelain Cercon crowns.
2) PA Xray - One A14 Ankylos implant was inserted into the upper left lateral incisor site. (#22) The implant surgery was done within 2 weeks of tooth lost so to minimise bone lost and to preserve the existing gum profile.. (Delayed Immediate Implant)
Root canal treatment and post core build-ups were also done for the 2 fractured cental incisors(#11,21)
3) 3 highly aestheticas full porcelain Cercon crowns as the final restorations.
