Female 24 presents with upper 4 front teeth missing. To achieve the best aesthetic results, 2 dental implants supporting a 4 unit fixed bridge was done for the patient. If 4 implants were done instead, the implants would have been too close to each other resulting in ugly black hole effects due to shrinkage of gum and bone. |
